We are big enough to handle huge quantities and small enough to care about each customer. We are also able to accommodate custom orders. ctable cookies will enliven any event, whether it is a birthday or company’s holiday party. Sweet Express Bakery provides both traditional and innovative bakery products. While our team has perfected such favorites as croissants, apple danishes, chocolate chip cookies, and carrot cake, we also love developing new recipes using fresh ingredients and local produce available in Northern California. We draw inspiration from a variety of cultural and culinary traditions. Our team at Sweet Express Bakery also works closely with customers to create custom or specialized offerings. If a customer values our pastries, we do our best to deliver to them, even if it means expanding our current delivery area (Bay Area, SF). Our production facility uses state of the art “intelligent” convection ovens and a combination of the newest and most efficient equipment and legacy baking tools (which we have found are irreplaceable).
