Ciao to all our dearly missed friends of Vanilla Moon Bakery! I know you've been hoping for news of a pop up or cookbook, but I've been busy working on a new concept that is finally live and I wanted to share it with all of you. I proudly introduce you to Aposto Foods, our online Italian market that can be delivered straight to your door.

We are offering an antipasto board of the month, meal kits, gifts, and a subscription to Club Mangia - a surprise box of goodies every month. All of the products are sourced straight from Italy and are the highest quality, and in many cases organic and non-GMO.

Today, we closed the doors at Vanilla Moon. We have enjoyed serving the San Carlos community for the past 9 years. Stay tuned for updates with our very own cookbook.
