hat made a huge impression and fostered a life-long passion for good food — food as an expression of love and a way to make people happy. Our cakes are baked fresh using the premium ingredients that our customers expect in European cakes — couverture chocolate, Quark, imported Kirschwasser, vanilla bean, marzipan, and many others. We are committed to providing the highest quality and will never take shortcuts or use preservatives in the preparation of our cakes. Our mission is to create exceptional, flavorful cake that is free of artificial or overly processed ingredients and that is a delight to eat.
