kuchenKULTUR was started out of a love of the culture (“Kultur”) of cake eating, sitting down with friends and family over a cup of coffee or a glass of ch*****ne and a beautiful cake, hand-crafted using natural and fresh ingredients such as berries from the garden or eggs from the neighbor’s farm. Owner/baker Jennifer Doettling lived in Germany for the first time at the age of 16, an experience that made a huge impression and fostered a life-long passion for good food — food as an expression of love and a way to make people happy. Our cakes are baked fresh using the premium ingredients that our customers expect in European cakes — couverture chocolate, Quark, imported Kirschwasser, vanilla bean, marzipan, and many others. We are committed to providing the highest quality and will never take shortcuts or use preservatives in the preparation of our cakes. Our mission is to create exceptional, flavorful cake that is free of artificial or overly processed ingredients and that is a delight to eat. We hope that you will take pleasure in eating our cake and will savor every bite – just as you would at the finest Viennese coffee house, Parisian street café, or simply Kaffee und Kuchen at Oma’s house.
