Hello Snackers! We're only a few days away for our next pop-up with . I'm looking forward to being there with a delicious summer menu and, of course, FREE SAMPLES!

When: June 6th, 12pm-4pm
Where: Courthouse Square, downtown Redwood City
Who: Friends with Denim recycled clothing vendors After-School Snack Attack, , The Chai Lab and La Maja Empanadas.
Free & Open to the Public

Preordering closes tomorrow evening (June 2nd) on Hotplate. Preordering is great because you can select exactly what you want, pay online, and it will be boxed and ready for you. Heads up Snackers, we're fully booked through June 7th for custom orders. If you have a graduate who needs spoiling, we will have a limited amount of graduation themed cupcakes available for preorder starting Monday, May 25th. These cupcakes are for June 6th pick-up only!

It's starting to feel like summer outside, so it's time to mark your calendars for our June Pop-Ups! We have two fabulous pop-ups scheduled that you don't want to miss. First up, on June 6th, we'll be back in Courthouse Square with Friends With Denim (check out their flyer!). Our menu is full of farmer's market fruit and summer favorites, including the return of our famous Pop Tarts and special graduation cupcake preorder options!

Next up, our June 20th pop-up will be at Ladera Garden & Gifts in Belmont. We'll be part of a Saturday Market with other bakers and makers. So fun!! Plus...this pop-up marks the return of our seasonal fan fave, the Blueberry Cobbler Cookie.

As always, registering on Hotplate - hotplate.com/afterschoolsnackattack - is the way to be first in line for preorders. Pop Tarts will be on limited quantities so if you want to score some, act fast when the preorders drop.

This really stinks! If you know me, you know that I'll do anything to come through for people, my business and really anyone to whom I've made a commitment. However, running After-School Snack Attack as a small business with one employee (ME! 😉) means that when I can't work, nothing gets prepped, baked or delivered. In the 2.5 years that I've been running my business, this is only the second time that I've had to cancel an event. I always try to push through!

But today, I am admitting defeat and cancelling my pop-up on April 18th at Ladera. I was set to be part of a wonderful event of local makers and they will all still be there ready to sell their delicious creations with you. Please plan on stopping by between 9-1pm to support the event. If it goes well, I hope to be back with them for another event soon.

In the meantime, watch my socials for May and June events. Most importantly, if you have a graduate this spring, place those graduation celebration orders sooner rather than later. I will book up! If you reserve your spot and order now, you can still make changes to your order up to a week in advance of your event.

TOMORROW!!! We'll be at The Yard Coffee in RWC with a perfect spring menu, including our NEW Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies! Every time I make these, my family can't get enough and you know they've tasted a lot of delicious baked goods. These cookies have a lemon sugar cookie base that incorporates poppy seeds, as well as backyard grown meyer lemon juice and zest. They are stuffed with homemade lemon curd and baked to chewy, tangy perfection.

The Yard is such a great spot to grab a drink with friends. They've recently renovated their courtyard and it's really lovely.

Can't wait to see you all in downtown Redwood City tomorrow afternoon!
