On Monday evening, my partner Tate Leon unexpectedly lost his father, Jack. This has been an incredibly difficult time for him and his family as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.
For the past 15 years, Tate has been his father's sole caregiver, provider, and biggest source of support. He dedicated so much of his life to making sure his dad was cared for every single day. Losing him has left an immeasurable hole in his heart.
If you could please keep Tate and his family in your thoughts and prayers, it would mean more than words can express.
As some of you know, Tate lost his job in March and only recently started a new one. With this unexpected loss, the financial responsibility of funeral and memorial expenses has fallen heavily on his shoulders.
