One Year in Business. ❤️
One year ago today, I officially started this business, and I can confidently say I never imagined it would become what it has today. Especially in such a short amount of time.
What started as a passion for baking has grown into something far beyond anything I could have anticipated, and looking back over the past 365 days, I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come.
But if there's one thing this first year has taught me, it's that running a small business is not for the faint of heart.
There have been countless early mornings, late nights, canceled markets, entire batches of bread that didn't turn out, and plenty of unexpected challenges along the way. Some days have been incredibly rewarding, while others have tested my patience, determination, and sanity.
And while I'm proud of how much this business has grown, I'm even more proud of the dedication, perseverance, and positivity I've managed to maintain through it all.
I've learned that not every day is going to be a success, not everything is going to go according to plan, and sometimes you just have to take the loss, learn from it, and keep moving forward.
And that's exactly what we've done.
What makes this milestone even more special is knowing that none of this growth would have been possible without the incredible support we've received along the way.
To every customer who has purchased from us, visited us at a market, recommended us to someone, shared our posts, or simply offered a few words of encouragement, thank you. You've played a part in making this business what it is today, and I genuinely appreciate every bit of it.
And to my family, who has been along for this crazy ride, helping behind the scenes, working markets, and supporting me through the ups and downs, I couldn't do it without you.
365 days later, I'm still learning, still growing, and still just as excited about what I'm building.
I have no idea what the next year has in store, but if this first year has taught me anything, it's that a little determination, a positive attitude, and a whole lot of hard work can take you further than you ever imagined.
