Feeling extra grateful today.

This is officially the last time I’ll be making my croissant sourdough loaves, and y’all SHOWED UP for them. Seeing this counter completely covered in dough makes my heart so happy. 🥐

I’m not leaving just yet and Zoya’s Baked Goods is still operating, so don’t worry you haven’t gotten rid of me yet 😂 But knowing that some of these “lasts” are starting to happen is definitely making this move feel a little more real.

I’m going to miss my people here in Texas SO much. 🥹 Thank you to every single person who has ordered from me, shared my posts, recommended me to friends, came back week after week, and supported this dream of mine. You guys turned something I simply love doing into something so special.

For now… we’re still baking. See y’all tomorrow at the stand. 🥹🩷

I spend Sunday meal prepping for the week ahead so I can make it easier on me during prep / bake days! This weekend I make a quinoa chickpea salad, pickled radishes and pickled cucumbers, (and obviously cookies). I also made a billion pizzas.

Tonight - I absolutely felt like not cooking because it was a massive prep day for this upcoming Thursday. Probably the biggest one I’ve had so far (thank you, love you all 🥹). So the kiddos and hubby are having homemade pizza, and I’m having the salad.

If you want the salad recipe let me know - I wasn’t sure I’d entirely like it but I ended up LOVING it!

Today one of my toddlers woke up and decided he wanted donuts. 🍩

He goes, “Mommy, can you make some?”
I said BET 🤣

So apparently it’s officially donut + homemade pizza day in this household. 😂🍕🍩

Homemade organic donuts made with minimal ingredients, minimal sugar, and 100% dye-free - because if we’re having a treat, you already know 99% of the time I want to make it from scratch.

And before anyone asks me to add these to the bakery menu… absolutely not. Organic olive oil prices said this is a family-only experience 🤣💀

And I have a little bittersweet announcement 🥹 Next week will be the FINAL time I offer my Croissant Sourdough before we move! I’ve had quite a few people begging me to bring it back, so I’m offering it one last time before we head to Arizona.
