Trigger warning. I'm fine. These bruises are pretty graphic. So, I fell. At a showing(with a sunken livingroom). I was filming when it happened but, I was on pause thank goodness. Decades of lifting weights as a young girl and as a young adult gave me very strong bones. Its not pretty by any means and I checked my leg several times before 3pm. ( still No bruises) Then yesterday I had a sudden appearance of bruises approximately 3 hours later at exactly 7 days after my fall. After changing my bandage and alcoholism the area of the scrape these bruises appeared I had not seen them all day but at 9pm. I went to start a bath and almost screamed it was so sudden it scared me into going to the ER. Nothing is broken the hematoma from the fall (yes i felt it that this past saturday)was at Bone level and when you heal it's bruising rises up. For me this was a shock I hope all are well and when you fall go immediately to the ER. DON'T BE LIKE ME...
