✨ Cookies are always in fashion! ✨

Before creating this cookie, my knowledge of Birkin handbags was limited to that one episode of S*x and the City where Samantha tries to bypass the five-year waitlist for a red Birkin by pretending it’s for her high-profile client, Lucy Liu.

After doing a little research of my own, I learned that the Hermès Himalaya Birkin is known for its rarity, meticulous craftsmanship, and unmistakable attention to detail.

My version? Same attention to detail, but edible! No shortcuts. No mass production. Just time, technique, and attention to detail. And my version is considerably easier to get your hands on. 😉

I’ll guide you step-by-step through decorating 5 pumpkin spice sugar cookies using a variety of decorating techniques. I provide all the decorating supplies and materials, you just have to show up and have fun! I’ll have a few other surprises up my sleeve, too.

Tim Curry had a remarkable career transforming himself into the unexpected, so it’s only fitting to pay tribute to him with a cookie flip. This week, a tree/turkey cookie cutter into Tim Curry à la The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Tim Curry’s catalog of work is a great reminder that being a little strange and delightfully theatrical is something worth celebrating.
