I really wanted to do some practice baking, so I made these summer-themed mini cookies! 😎🍉

These are vanilla flavored sugar cookies with vanilla royal icing. They are:

🚫 🥛🧈 dairy free!
🚫 🥚 egg free!
🚫 🍞 gluten free!
🚫 🥜 nut free!

These cookies were made to donate to a local after school program. I’m glad the kiddos could enjoy some little sweets on their last week before summer! ☀️⛱
