Beach bucket peanut butter cake. Aren’t these the cutest? These 8oz buckets have two layers of vanilla cake and filled with ganache and peanut butter Swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with edible sand and fondant shells.

They aren’t perfect but they are yum. I don’t like to have leftover cake but sometimes ya just do, so cake pops and truffles make use of that extra cake layer. I don’t sell these since they take too much time, but sure love that flavour.

Normally my kid doesn’t eat much of the desserts I make (too much of a good thing, I’m the same). But this she ate. Always a sign that it’s not too sweet and not too heavy.
