• A minimum of 5–7 days notice is required for custom cakes
• Orders requested under 5 days are considered rush orders and may include an additional fee
• Availability is limited and not guaranteed for last-minute orders

💵 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order
• Your order is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received
• The remaining balance is due before or at pickup

🎨 DESIGNS & CUSTOMIZATION
• Please send inspiration photos when ordering
• I will do my best to match your vision, but exact replicas are not guaranteed
• Final design details should be confirmed at least 3 days before pickup

⏰ PICKUP POLICY
• Pickup time will be scheduled when your order is placed
• Please arrive on time—cakes are made fresh and timed carefully
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, please contact me
• If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication, your order may be canceled with no refund

• I respond as quickly as possible during business hours
• If I don’t reply right away, I may be working on orders—thank you for your patience!

• Deposits are non-refundable
