To maintain the high quality of service you expect from JenBakedIt!, I am sharing a quick reminder regarding our weekly payment and confirmation policies. Every Sunday/Monday I send a final confirmation for the upcoming orders, which includes your final payment reminder, and we schedule pickup.
Because I handle every order personally, my work schedule is carefully structured at the start of each week, therefore your confirmation is very important.
As a reminder here is my current policies sent to you with each quote, along with some updates…
1. Payment Verification: Per our terms, payment should be made in full one week prior to pickup/delivery date. Work will not begin on any order until final payment is received and details are confirmed.
2. (NEW) Automatic Cancellation: Unconfirmed or unpaid orders will be canceled 48 hours prior to the requested pickup date.
3. Reinstatement Fee: Reinstating a canceled order will incur a rush fee. Please note your order may also need to be simplified due to the limited time remaining. 2 days or less is not enough time to complete a very detailed order.
