My name is Skyeler Brouhard, I am the owner and head cake decorator for Sky's House of Cakes. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Tx with an associates degree in Culinary Arts back in 2010. I have been making cakes since 2005 when I was 15 years old in high school. I started just making cakes for my friends and family over the years. My business took off while my family was stationed in Fai

rbanks, Alaska in 2016. I have the privilege to work from home under my local state's cottage food law. I'm a single mom and this gives me the ability to help support and be home for my 3 children. I love what I do and baking has always been my passion since childhood. I am incredibly grateful to be doing what I love. Everything I learned with cakes is self taught.
