Broadway Daily Bread De Zavala

Broadway Daily Bread De Zavala Baked fresh, from scratch, daily! All of our baked goods are made daily from scratch with the finest, freshest ingredients. We use canola oil and real butter.

We mill our own wheat flour for our whole wheat products and use an unbleached, untreated white flour for everything else. We never use hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or preservatives. Our breads contain local, raw honey.
