Mother's Day ordering is now available. We have a beautiful box ready for your loved one! There is a variety of goods along with a bouquet of fresh flowers.

Delivery is available on Saturday, May 9th. Pickup available at the bakery on May 9th or 10th.

Republic Bakery was founded by Martin Garcia, a San Antonio native. In 2019, he started selling his baked good at pop-up events all over San Antonio. Come fall 2020, the bakery doors will be open to the public! During these trying times, online ordering is available, especially for events and holidays.
