Hola Familia Alebrije ❤️

We wanted to share an important update. Alebrije will be closing temporarily as we go through a personal and career transition that makes it difficult for us to continue running our beloved project at the standard we hold ourselves to.

If you’ve been with us, you know that we pour our hearts into everything we create—starting our mornings at 2 and 4 a.m., driven by passion and love for what we do. Right now, we’re in a moment of change, and rather than offering something that isn’t our best, we’ve decided to take a pause.

We don’t have a reopening date just yet, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to return stronger than ever. In the meantime, feel free to reach out—we’re even considering a limited pick-up day so you can still enjoy your favorite treats.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but we’re hopeful and excited for what’s next.

Our very own Chef Chris Méndez from Alebrije Bakery will be embarking on new projects and collaborations, and we can’t wait to share them with you as soon as we can!

In the meantime, we’re adjusting our business hours:

✨ New Temporary Schedule:
📅 Open: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
🚪 Closed: Wednesday and Thursday

This schedule will be temporary, and we are working to return to our regular hours as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your cooperation and support during this transition period.

We’re thrilled to sweeten your holiday season! Alebrije Bakery will be open on Monday, December 23rd, and Tuesday, December 24th, so you can stock up on your favorite pan dulce and other festive treats!

Please note: We will be closed from December 25th through January 3rd to allow our team to enjoy the holidays with their loved ones.

Our doors will reopen for regular business starting the weekend of January 4th.
