Sorry guys I have to close this weekend as well. I will be pushing Taiyaki to the first week of November and continue with what was planned for the next two weeks. I will have the menu for the next week out on Saturday. Have a good weekend!

We’re closed this week, but I wanted to show some love to a few amazing small businesses I personally know and support. These are not only wonderful businesses, but wonderful people who truly believe in community over competition.

Nathalia's Delights — My wonderful friend Cece runs this Mexican snack shop curbside from her home here in Redbird Ranch, just a few blocks from Happi Bae! She has delicious Mexican snacks, housemade ice cream, chocoflan and more. And it’s buñuelo season and hers are seriously the BEST! 😋

Roots Coffee Culture — Amazing women who also operate from home and are always cheering Happi Bae on! Their coffee and matcha are amazing, and those empanadas are 🔥🔥🔥! Located near Tally & Wiseman.

4:13 Espresso Coffee Shop — A lot of my customers are also 4:13 customers, so many of you already know how amazing Liz and her beautiful family are! Coffee, matcha, refreshers, amazing customer service, and yummy cake pops! Located in the H-E-B parking lot at Potranco & 211.

Nikky’s Bakery Nook — Nicole is right here in Redbird Ranch and does pop-ups all over San Antonio! She mills her own flour and makes amazing sourdough and pastries. Fun fact: one of my customers brings me an oatmeal pie whenever she can get her hands on one because I LOVE them! 😂😋 Check Nikki’s page for her weekly locations.

Sold out of all pastries and Matcha

Good morning! I still have Vietnamese coffee, fruit teas, milk teas and Matcha still available! I am almost out of Boba, but I do still have jellies and popping Boba! I have three almond croissants left $5 each, 3 brown butter, pumpkin breads $4 each, and two Chantilly cakes $6 each. I will be here and taking orders until 10:30 AM. , send me a DM or a text if you’d like to order.

Unfortunately, I will be closed next week but picking back up the weekend of the 15th.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming love for my birthday yesterday! Yes I worked a double, yes I was tired, but I enjoyed seeing everyone and it honestly felt like a party!
