Good Morning, everyone!
I know this post may come as a surprise as I’ve recently reactivated this account. Over the past year, I’ve been operating under a different name, Vietnabean, with the original goal of focusing on Vietnamese iced coffee.
Over time, that grew into coffee and pastries, and while it’s been going great, managing everything under Happi Bae became a lot for me to handle on my own as the business expanded.
Vietnabean has allowed me to simplify things offering Vietnamese coffee along with one rotating pastry each week and it’s been working really well.
With that said, Happi Bae is my baby. It holds a lot of history for me and my family especially my dad. He wasn’t just part of this business, he was behind so much of it. He inspired me while creating recipes, he was my taste tester, gave honest feedback, and believed in what I was building before it ever became what it is today.
I lost him while I was running Happi Bae, and that changed everything for me. This business isn’t just something I run it’s something I carry. Every drink, every recipe, every step forward is tied to him and the time we shared building this together. That’s not something I can leave behind.
Because of that, I’m ready to bring everything I’ve built with Vietnabean back home to Happi Bae.
✨ Here’s the plan:
* I’ll be officially relaunching Happi Bae this fall
* The menu will stay simple: Vietnamese iced coffee + one rotating weekly pastry
* I have exciting long-term goals, including turning Happi Bae into a mobile truck ❤️❤️❤️
👉 In the meantime:
Please continue to support me over at Vietnabean, which will remain active until the transition this fall.
I’m incredibly grateful for all the support and growth so far. I’ve learned so much this past year, and I’m excited to bring that experience into the future of Happi Bae.
Thank you all for the warm welcome back! I hope to see you over at Vietnabean until we officially transition this fall! ❤️
Happi Bae 🫶🏽
