I received an order for my Snickerdoodle Cobbler. Although the initial result was not to my satisfaction, despite its darker appearance due to an ample sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, I opted to rebake it. I believe the revised version is an improvement. Hopefully, the customer will be pleased.

Have an order for my Pineapple Upside Cuocakes for tomorrow. Just popped these babies out of the oven. I had to go on a wild goose chase for a store that was open since someone had the audacity to devour one of my cans of pineapple chunks. Dollar General 👎🏼, Family Dollar 👎🏼, La Fiesta rocks. Will make my whipped topping later tonight.
