Our boy is officially starting middle school! 🥹 Watching him grow into this next chapter is equal parts exciting and bittersweet.

We kicked off the morning by donating conchas for his teachers and staff—because what better way to start a new school year than by spoiling the people who will be cheering him on all year long?!

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures out there. Today we celebrate the love, guidance, strength, and sacrifices you pour into your families every single day. 💙

A special Father’s Day shoutout to my husband—the man behind the apron and my favorite partner in all things life and bakery. Watching you as a father to our son fills my heart. Your patience, love, hard work, and the way you show up for our family never go unnoticed. Abraham is so lucky to call you Dad, and I’m so thankful we get to do this life together.

Father’s Day also carries a tender spot in our hearts, as both of us have experienced the loss of our fathers. We miss them deeply and carry their love, lessons, and memories with us always.

And today, we’re especially grateful for my stepdad, whose love and presence have been such a blessing. Thank you for being such a wonderful grandpa to Abraham and for loving our family so well. We appreciate you more than words can say.

Yesterday we also had three big customer orders scheduled for pickup right at the market. Between the three custom orders, we prepped 37 dozen pieces—including 18 dozen Mexican wedding cookies 🤍 so as you can imagine, Friday was a very full (and busy) evening getting everything ready not only for our usual market day, but for these special orders.

We truly love being a part of your gatherings and celebrations—it’s an honor every single time you choose to include us in your special moments.

Thank you for welcoming us into your homes and festivities, and for allowing us to do what we love 🩵

🩵🩷🧡 GO SPURS GO… and thank you.

While this season may have come to an end, the excitement, pride, and memories it brought to our city will last so much longer.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the Spurs and the incredible fans who showed up all season long. What started as a few Spurs-themed conchas turned into dozens of orders, new friendships, and so many opportunities for our little family business to grow.

Every order placed, every post shared, every tag and comment reminded us just how special this community truly is. Because of Spurs fans, our kitchen stayed busy, our hearts stayed full, and our dreams felt a little more possible.

To the team—thank you for giving San Antonio something to rally around, celebrate, and believe in. And to the fans—thank you for choosing to support local and small businesses like ours.

We’ll be counting down the days until next season.
