Im sorry but some of the prices I see other businesses charge for cakes are INSANE. I love doing what I do without charging an arm and a leg for the work that I do. Yall trying to normalize charging over $200 for a 8 INCH cake is insane, especially when there’s no fondant work done nor nothing except for buttercream being decorated onto the cake that’s not even that detailed to put a $200 price tag on it😭
I understand your time is being put into it as being a baker myself, but some of yall are literally just money hungry and it shows.
I price my 8 inch cakes starting at $70 and I do NOT feel one bit that im undercharging myself.
Yall love to argue about “ingredients” but be so fr are yall using a whole pack of eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, on just one whole cake??? No yall aren’t ESPECIALLY for a 8 inch cake so for yall to argue that is crazy work. This is why people are going to the grocery stores instead of getting a cake from a small business because of people that try to enable that.
ANYWAYS, if yall want an affordable baker, bakes made from SCRATCH, & delicious baked goods, order with me 😝 thanks for listening to my Ted talk 😂
