DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a 50% deposit on all orders it does not have to be the day of however must be 2-3 days before the date of pickup. Keep in mind that your deposit secures your booking and is not refundable.

PICKUP POLICY
Stick to your set scheduled date and time of pickup. We understand that emergencies come up all we ask is that you keep us informed. If you're more than 30 minutes late there will be a $10 charge. If you're late and refuse to pay the additional $10 we will refuse to give you your treats or cake. We ask that you do not come earlier your order will not be ready. So please respect our time as we work hard to make sure you receive your orders at the pickup day and time you originally scheduled.
