Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Blossoms
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets.
Mix butter, peanut butter, sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Whisk together dry ingredients then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes until edges brown. Press a chocolate chip into center of each cookie immediately after baking. Cool completely.

CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds potatoes (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 8×8 or 7×10 pan. Then line half of the potatoes on the bottom of the pan.
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Let cook another minute.
Turn heat to medium low. Slowly whisk in the milk and whisk until smooth. Bring to a light simmer to allow to thicken. Then stir in 3/4 cup cheese until melted and remove from heat.
Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes. Then sprinkle about 1/2 cup cheese over top. Line the remaining potatoes over top. Then add the remaining sauce and cheese over top.
Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender an the top is golden brown.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos W/ Chipotle Ranch 😋😋
Chicken tenders or chicken breast cut up to your liking. Bacon, ranch, and I used the Taco Bell ranch cheese. Flour tortillas and butter/cooking spray. Cook your chicken and bacon, assemble your taco/quesadilla and brown on both sides.

Caramel Cake for the holidays 👌🥳
Ingredients :
3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions :
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together and beat well. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, and then add vanilla. Beat in a mixer bowl or with a hand mixer until the batter “ribbons.” Pour batter into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake for about 30 minutes and use a toothpick to check to see if it is done. This cake can also be made in a 9-inch x 13-inch pan, which will need to be baked for about 45 minutes. Cool layers on a cake rack before icing.
Homemade Caramel Frosting
Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose-flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Sprinkle 1/3 cup sugar in a shallow, heavy 3½-qt. Dutch oven; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until sugar is melted and syrup is light golden brown (sugar will clump). Remove from heat.
Stir together 1 Tbsp. flour and 2½ cups sugar in a large saucepan; add milk, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Gradually pour about one-fourth hot milk mixture into caramelized sugar, stirring constantly; gradually stir in remaining hot milk mixture until smooth. (Mixture will lump, but continue stirring until smooth.)
Cover, and cook over low heat 2 minutes. Increase heat to medium; uncover and cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reaches 238°F (soft-ball stage, about 10 minutes). Add butter, stirring until blended. Remove from heat and let stand, without stirring, until temperature drops to 110°F (about 1 hour)
Pour into bowl of heavy-duty electric stand mixer. Add vanilla, and beat at medium speed (setting 4) with whisk attachment until spreading consistency (about 20 minutes).

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

*Ingredients
°1/2 tsp. chopped celery
°1 lb imitation crab meat
°1/2 teaspoon dill
°1/2 tsp. Mayonnaise
°1/2 teaspoon paprika
°1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
°1 shallot, chopped (you can use red onion if you need it)
*Steps
Step 1: Placing ingredients (celery/crabmeat/dill, mayonnaise, paprika. Shallot, kosher salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until combined.
Step 2: Put the bowl in the fridge to chill the crab salad for at least an hour, then serve. Enjoy!

Just mash potatoes plain with butter or you can add yummy ingredients like cooked bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion, garlic, etc. Stuff in to a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden.

Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 pounds beef back ribs
Instructions :
1.Mix water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a slow cooker, stirring to dissolve brown sugar and salt.
2.Place short ribs into the sauce and stir to coat. Set cooker on Low, cover, and cook for 8 hours.

Ingredients
2 pounds fresh ground beef
1 quart tomato juice
1 (29-ounce) can tomato purée
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 medium-large onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chili powder (use less for milder chili)
1 teaspoon ground cumin (use more for real flavor)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat. Put the beef and the remaining ingredients in a 6-quart pot. Cover the pot and let the chili simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. You can also cook this in a slow cooker on low for 3 to 4 hours.

Apple Pie Bread - Don't Lose This
Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling, mashed
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup self rising flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 medium chopped apple
Directions:
Whisk all dry ingredients , add wet ingredients. Fold in apples. Pour in 2 loaf pans, greased. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake in 325 oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and enjoy .

Cheese, Potato and Smoked Sausage Casserole 😋
Ingredients
3 cups peeled cubed Russet potatoes, boiled until soft but not mushy
1 lb smoked sausage* thinly sliced
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 cups half & half or milk
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
US Customary – Metric
Instructions
In a large skillet, over medium low heat, saute the sausage in a large skillet with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil flipping and stirring until they’ve browned a bit.
Lightly spray a 9×13″ baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Transfer the cooked potatoes and sausage to a casserole dish, stirring just enough to evenly distribute.
Turn the heat up to medium and add the butter to the skillet. When melted, whisk in the flour. Allow it to cook about a minute, whisking constantly, to get rid of the floury taste. Slowly add in the half and half, 1/4-1/2 cup at a time, whisking constantly until evenly incorporated. Continue cooking until thickened.
Stir in the Velveeta, paprika, and salt & pepper, stirring occasionally until completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
Pour cheese sauce evenly out over the potatoes and meat. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender and the casserole is golden brown on top.
