Big news!!! So Dang Good Bakery is no more, but don’t worry! Bakery Bleu is here.

I have spent the year studying all things patisserie and boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, France. My dream is to bring my french training and mix it with our delicious southern flavors for all of you to enjoy.
We will still be offering the cookies you know and love, but we will also be offering a wide variety of other sweets and breads. I can promise you, you will love them just as much.
Our website, bakerybleu.com is now live with our menu for December. Local pick ups will be every Tuesday and Friday from 10-2 in north San Antonio. We can’t wait to make your holiday just a little more special with our bakes.

I have some big news! I have been accepted to study boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I will be here for the next 3 months expanding my skill set and perfecting the art of bread baking.
Sadly this means that I cannot make any cookies from now until July 7th. If you need to reach me, I can still see instagram messages and order forms, however I won’t be checking them as often as I usually do (please be patient and I will get back to you!)
