It’s with sadness in my heart, that I have to announce, I will not be present at the Historic Pearl, Holiday Market this year.
Some of you know, that my husband and I opened a German Restaurant Oma's Schnitzel Ranch. Staffing issues the last few weeks, prevented me, from giving proper attention to the preparations for the Holiday Market.
However, I will be offering all of what you have been used to, at the restaurant, brick and mortar location.
I hope to see you all at the restaurant, grab a bite of authentic German food, and stock up for Christmas and/or find some special gifts.

Guten Rutsch and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all my customers. Thank you for your continued support.
Neujahrsbrezeln (slightly sweet brioche type dough), are a food, typically eaten in Germany, for breakfast on the first day of the new year, to bring good luck and health to those who share in them. They are much larger, than a regular Brezel, and are meant to be shared.
Pigs are also a symbol of good luck, I’m sure the grandkids will enjoy them.

….and so it begins. I’m pleased to announce that I will be part of the lineup again, at the Holiday Market, at the Historic Pearl in San Antonio on Nov 27, Dec 4, 11, and 18. The Market will be open on these days, from 5-9 pm. More to follow later.
