alrighty, you guys! here is this week’s prep menu! 7 days full of breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks-all for $125! these preps are high protein/low calorie meals that will not only make you feel good, they taste good, too! DM me with any questions you have & let’s coordinate getting this yummy food in your belly! 😋

payment is due BY Thursday of every week, should you purchase prep-and pickup (only) is located in the 78244 area on Sundays!

if you miss me this week, don’t worry, there will be another menu next week! if you struggle with eating substantially throughout the day, this is for you. if you are struggling with getting your nutrition under control, this is for you. if you want to eat healthy, but don’t know where to start..this is for YOU! always remember, nutrition is 80% of the battle. you can workout as much as you want, but if you aren’t feeding your body the nutrients that it needs, you’re taking 5 steps forward & 10 steps back.

I am so grateful to each & every customer I’ve ever had, especially my regulars!
