My most challenging cake I have ever made and loved the challenge. No matter how many Youtube and Tiktok videos you watch to make the track it never comes out like what they demonstrate. It is true…I take a lot of pride in my work and if I do not feel good about it I will try and try until I feel it is worth presenting. So after many failed attempts with different materials to make the loop I finally made a trip to Target to buy the actual track to make the loop. It worked out perfect!! Cake was a vanilla flavor with chocolate mousse filling. Fondant used for all decorations, except the Hot Wheels cars, including the wrap around track.
