🍰 Happy National German Chocolate Cake Day! 🍰 Despite its name, German Chocolate Cake isn’t actually from Germany! It was named after Sam German, the man who created German’s Sweet Chocolate in the 1850s. The cake we know and love today became famous right here in Texas when a recipe was published in the Dallas Morning News in 1957.
