Tthoroughly enjoyed the entire process of designing and bringing this cake to life. It was created for a half saree and dothi function, and I carefully chose colors that matched the children's clothing. This project allowed me to explore and incorporate several new techniques, including using edible gold lace, creating inlay designs for the boys' kurta, stencil printing on the saree pallu, skillfully draping the plates, and designing the jewelry, boys' kandava, and much more.

Congratulations to all the graduates 🎓Keep learning and growing.

With this cake I have reignited my passion for Baking after ages. I have realised that relying solely on one skillset can make us vulnerable to unexpected changes, and having additional skills can create more possibilities. Excited to reopen this chapter of my life and see what awaits.

One of my favourite cake.. lot of planning and thinking went into this one was clueless how it will turn out till even a couple of hours before the delivery.. lot of sugar experiments and mediums used here. (Edible sugar bottle & edible ice) happy with the result.
