Had the HUGE honor of being invited to be featured in the cooking segment of King 5’s morning talk show, New Day Northwest ()!🥳📺

It was such a surreal experience going into the studio, meeting the team, seeing the production process, and chatting while showing the filling process of our salt breads.

The segment was roughly 8 minutes, filmed at 9 am this morning, and aired just a couple of hours later at 11. It honestly flew by!

Thank you so much to the host, Kelly (), for reaching out to me and trying my breads, and thank you to the team for being such kind hosts. I’ll never forget this experience🥹💓

Here’s a closer look at our new lineup this weekend…💭
🦀 Crab Rangoon – Dipped in garlic butter, panko-breaded for that extra crunch, filled with creamy imitation crab and drizzled with sweet chili sauce.

🍠 Ube Mochi – Ube flavored salt bread baked with chewy mochi, filled with Ube cream and Ube halaya (jam).

☕️ Salted Egg Coffee – Classic salt bread filled with coffee and salted egg cream, topped with Biscoff crumble and a piece of Biscoff cookie.

Still haven’t fully processed Saturday🥲

With over 200 salt breads sold in less than 40 minutes, I’m so grateful to say we had a successful pop-up at 🥳🎉 I was blown away by the turnout; having started this business back in high school, this felt like a dream come true.

And thank you so much to Snooze for being such hospitable, loving hosts. They have great, strong matcha and yummy Vietnamese food. Definitely check them out if you haven’t already! And thank you to all my friends who help and make these events possible🫶

Sorry to those who couldn’t get their salt bread; we try our best to bake as many as possible within the time window where it’s still fresh, but will continue experimenting to further increase our volume and be able to serve more customers.

Taking a small break for the next few weeks, but we’ll be coming back strong with new salt bread flavors on 3/28. See you all then!☺️🥐

2/21 POP UP RECAP 🥐✨

Selling out 180 salt breads in less than an hour! What a successful pop up . Thank you for being such a supportive, loving host and making the experience so wonderful❤️ If you haven’t gotten the chance yet, definitely check them out! Their matchas are top quality and definitely top three in Seattle🍵

To maximize both volume and freshness, I start baking the breads the morning before and bake through the whole night. Seeing everyone come out (and even wait in line in the rain🥲) makes these all nighters worth it.

All of this still feels pretty surreal and I’m blown away by the support I’ve received in just over these past few months. Thank you all so much for coming out, and sorry to those who weren’t able to get their salt breads.

We officially have 24 HOURS until our Salt Bread Pop-Up ! We’re super honored to be their first pop-up collab🥳

Each one of our salt breads (and desserts in general) are carefully recipe developed and made completely from scratch (from the jams, custards, savory fillings, etc.), using the highest quality ingredients. Every batch is hand-rolled and baked as fresh as possible for the optimal quality. They’re quite the labor of love, and worth every bit! 🫶

Menu:
🥐 Original: Buttery & crunchy outside, pillowy soft inside. Topped with a touch of salty goodness.

🧀 Korean Garlic Corn Cheese (Back by popular demand!): Sweet cream cheese filling, dipped in garlic-parsley butter, and covered in corn & mozzarella

🍌 Matcha Banana Crème Brûlée (Made w/ VALE Matcha!): Ceremonial matcha cream + roasted banana custard, torched with sugar for that crackly finish

🫖 Earl Grey Raspberry: Earl Grey custard whipped cream and a raspberry-strawberry compote, topped with fresh raspberries
