This session of Sad Macs will include oversized Christmas Tree and Snowman macarons which are the equivalent of 2+ macarons. You’ll receive one or two in your bag, so you won’t quite have a dozen- but you’ll have more macaron by weight :)

**For pickup FRIDAY, FEB 23 4-7pm or SATURDAY, FEB 24 12-2pm.
PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP TIME ON ONE OF THESE DATES!
If you choose a different date/time your pickup will be automatically rescheduled to Feb 23 and you’ll receive a notification with your new pickup time.**

• • WHAT ARE SAD MACS? • •

Sad Macs are what I call my mistakes. They’re macarons that I’m not totally happy with, whether it’s the color, the shape of the macaron, the texture, or the design I was working on. Sad Macs will also include a spare here and there from a custom order and different flavor combinations. I don’t do Sad Mac days regularly; they only happen a few days per year when I’ve built up a little inventory. Some Sads may be straight up ugly, or you may think they look perfect and wonder why they’re being sold as Sad Macs - in either case, they’re DELICIOUS.

Sad Macs are a great deal for both of us. They are a way for you to eat delicious macarons sans the expense, and for me to recoup some ingredient costs.

$18 (50% OFF regular price!) covers a dozen macarons packaged in a kraft paper bag with a window. I’ll release flavors that may be in each package when orders open, and you’ll receive a variety pack that contains some or all flavors. (I don’t take flavor requests on these.)

🤎CHOCOLATE MACARONS!🤎

Why didn’t I add this flavor sooner?! I don’t know. I should have. They’re so good.

These macaron shells and filling are made with Callebaut chocolate. They’re not too sweet, but I wouldn’t call them dark chocolate, either. They are beautiful and delectable, and are available for pickup starting tonight!

Open 3-5pm for delivery orders, and 5-7pm for pickups. Order online during pickup hours and your macs will be ready within 15 minutes, or choose a pickup or delivery date in the future.

My pickup hours are limited, so please DM for an alternate date/time. With a little notice I can make pretty much anything work.

🥥 COCONUT LIME 🥥

This flavor definitely deserves a spot on the IG feed, even though I forgot to intro it when I made them earlier this week. 🤦🏻‍♀️

A coconut macaron shell sprinkled with toasted coconut is filled with homemade fresh lime and creamy coconut buttercream.

The zest (and some juice) of TEN whole limes went into this batch of lime cream! The coconut is so warm and creamy, and that zing of fresh lime is exactly what it needs to balance.

Are you noticing my green trend? All the green and blooming foliage we have with this rainy spring is giving me inspo!
