Hello Everyone!

Our 2022 show saw a huge increase in revenue and participation, and we are thrilled to double our show participation for another year. This growth is a testament to the value that our show brings to the community and industry. Our instructors and competitors are eagerly waiting for this year’s show, and the excitement is contagious.

However, our success has come with its own set of challenges. We have experienced a significant increase in venue and logistic costs, with over 150% more than last year. To continue our momentum, we need to raise additional funds before we can begin production for the 2023 show. We are already working hard behind the scenes to secure funding, but we need your help to ensure that we can continue to bring the joy and inspiration of our show to our community.

Your donation can make a real difference in helping us overcome this financial obstacle and continue our mission. With an established foundation and recognition in our community and industry, we know that we have something truly special to offer. Good News Everyone! If you were unable to make it to The Leonardo to see the Sweet Science exhibit over the holidays, you have a second chance. The Sweet Science exhibit has been extended through February! Go check it out!

We were asked to show different ways that sugar can be used in creating our pieces. I chose to show how a form of art, bas relief, and a time in history, the 1920s, could be replicated or represented using sugar. Various tools and mediums were used. The Sweet Science exhibit will be at The Leonardo in Salt Lake City until January 8th.
