Meet our NEW Bread Pudding.
We take our unfrosted Dough Miner doughnuts, bake them into a soft, cozy bread pudding, finish it with a light glaze, and serve it with a 2 oz cream cheese frosting on the side. Comfort food at its finest, whether you enjoy it warm or cold.

We’re starting with three flavors:

The Baker’s Special is back on deck.
Every week or two, our baker puts together something fun, and this one is a crowd-pleaser. Oreo glaze, Oreo crumble, and a perfect chocolate finish. Simple, delicious, and only here for a short time.

Big news at Dough Miner.

Ken has officially passed the whisk and we’re excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Dough Miner Café. We’re Kyle and Chalene Parkin, and we’re honored to carry on the vision, the craft, and the community that make this place special.

Nothing changes about what you love. Same team. Same recipes. Same early-morning dough magic. We’re here to build on what’s already amazing and keep Dough Miner a place you’re proud to support.

Thanks for the warm welcome already. We can’t wait to meet you all.
