MOSAIC BAZAAR 🔹VENDOR SPOTLIGHT



For over two hundred years, liquid gold has been harvested by Ioulia’s ancestors on the ancient land of the Peloponnesus in the south of Greece. Today her family harvests this very same oil on the very same land the traditional way, hand harvested, cold pressed and produced in limited batches in their local village.

Ioulia’s children are now local Park City residents, making this mountain home their new village. Our family’s passion to share love and health has created an opportunity to provide exceptional extra virgin olive oil to the local Park City community. It is locally hand bottled with love to provide a balanced and flavorful ingredient to any cuisine.

This polyphenol rich extra virgin olive oil is consumed the traditional way as a dipping and drinking oil, best used raw, as well as an excellent, safe and highly nutritious oil to heat or cook with because of its purity.

Hello all, my name is Tala! I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, but my family is from Lebanon. Tala’s Creations started not long ago but my love of art began for as long as I could remember. I love immersing myself in different forms of art and expression especially as this is a significant part of Lebanese culture. What I prioritize in my artwork is expressiveness and individuality as I rarely make anything twice! I can’t wait to share my creations 🤍

"In 2022, I left a 20-year career in higher-ed advancement and public relations to spend more time with my young children. It wasn't long before I was itching for a creative outlet, so I began pouring wax into vintage glass, crystal, and porcelain vessels I found at thrift stores and estate sales. A few months later, my business That Retro Glow was born! That Retro Glow features all-natural beeswax and coconut oil candles scented with seasonal blends of essential oils. I figure there's enough stuff on the planet, so I take great pride in turning what's unwanted and discarded into something new for someone else to love."

Join us on March 18th, 2023 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Columbus Center in South Salt Lake for the first Mosaic Bazaar.

Mosaic Bazaar offers visitors a unique way to experience every culture's essence and most significant flavors. Lining the hallways is a spread of more than 15 stands, with the common denominator here: commitment to tradition. Find cultural cuisine, colorful cultivating art, immaculate jewelry, and unforgettable experiences alongside traditional performances given by community members.

The first 50 people to attend will receive a free baklava gift. The event is free, but registration is required. To register, click on the link:

We are so excited to share the good news with you: Mosaic Bakery will be debuting South Salt Lake City’s first Bazaar on March 18th from 10 AM to 2 PM!

We are partnering with several fabulous organizations including , and South Salt Lake City to host MosaicBazaar, an interactive culinary and artistic market.

MosaicBazaar offers visitors a unique way to experience the essence and most significant flavors of every culture, from woven baskets to traditional baklava. Lining the hallways will be a spread of more than 20 culinary and artistic stands, with the common denominator: commitment to tradition.
