Last week, I had the wonderful opportunity to make some amazing cupcakes for an amazing person! These cupcakes were chocolate base, raspberry compote in the center, and whipped dark chocolate raspberry ganache on top. The cupcakes were decorated with a fondant ILY hand shape with the initials B&K stamped with rose gold dust. These were so yummy!

Labor Day weekend is the perfect weekend for camping, camp fires, and s’mores!! If you are like me and was hoping to get away for the weekend but couldn’t, don’t worry! I have the perfect cupcake for your s’mores fix! This is a chocolate cupcake with marshmallow buttercream, decorated with some crushed graham crackers and a homemade graham cracker cookie on top!
