Fall and winter is cinnamon roll season in my house. This is a twist I made that took off for my bakery Busy Bee Cottage Bakery , and now I'm sharing my recipe so you can make them at home! They use the tangzong method, which makes a super soft and tender roll, but if you have a cinnamon roll recipe you love, you can also just sub out the fudge filling in those.
At some point, I will figure out how to fix the printable recipe option on my site... probably. 😄

This morning, the last Busy Bee Cottage Bakery order walked out the door. (Raspberry macarons & cupcakes in the prettiest color combo for a wedding)
This week, my daughter had a medical emergency as well, and it cemented in my mind once again my decision to step back. It really has been such a pleasure to bake for so many wonderful community members. I do promise to share recipes soon on ❤️ let me know if their are favorites you want!

Well, the sprinkle wall is officially down.
I loved it, but the blank slate feels exhilarating right now.
I can't thank friends and customers enough for coming out to Lucy's yard sale fundraiser and supporting my girl. It was bittersweet to see regular bakery customers again, but mostly just sweet. allowed me to meet so many amazing people, and make friendships I just treasure. I am looking forward to having time to post recipes on mystainedapron.com again and giving regular customers the chance to remake them with their families ❤️

My daughter Lucy is having a garage sale fundraiser this Friday and Saturday for her native pollinator garden & lending library project. I'll be having a bakery pop up as well (100% of sales will go to her project) and is likely to be my last, so come get some treats and support Lucy!
