Made with many organic ingredients and decorations are colored with natural (non-synthetic) dyes from PRSM Sugar Co and Enco Naturals. Quantities are limited! Your order will be waiting on the front porch cooler (go to the porch adjacent to Route 41) on your selected pickup date, anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Simply collect your order from the cooler and enjoy!

Simplified Custom Order Management for Bakers

Many of you have asked whether I might continue offering cakes and cupcakes now that I’ve entered the real estate world. In response to those requests, I’ve decided to offer limited online ordering beginning in mid-October!

Selected weekends will feature a small selection of cakes and/or cupcakes, with flavors and designs based on what inspires me to create that week. Quantities will be limited, and custom orders will not be available at this time. Pick-ups will be available on Saturday and Sundays at scheduled times. Ways to order will be posted soon!

To my wonderful bakery customers and friends,

Over the past few years, Salisbury Cottage Confections has brought me so much joy. I've had the privilege of being part of your celebrations, and I am incredibly grateful for every order, kind word, recommendations and social medical support you've given me along the way.

As life sometimes does, it is leading me in a new direction. I have recently begun an exciting new chapter in real estate, joining the team at Raynard & Peirce Realty under the guidance of broker and owner Wendy Eichman, whose reputation for integrity and dedication to our community is truly inspiring. Along with continuing to work alongside my husband in our family business, Total Home Maintenance & Construction, I have made the difficult decision to pause custom cake orders until further notice.

This isn't goodbye to baking! I look forward to continuing to share my love of baking with you, just in a different way. Starting in the Fall (2026), I will be offering a selection of cakes and cupcakes, although not entirely custom, I plan to offer an SCC unique design that will reflect the season or holiday. These bakes will be available for pre-order online for Friday, Saturday pick up. Please follow the Salisbury Cottage Confections Facebook or Instagram page for upcoming updates, weekly availability, and additional details.

From inspiration…to crumb coat…to almost there…to the final cake:
One of my favorite parts of this process is taking a customer's inspiration photo (or design explanation) and turning it into the SCC version. Each cake is designed to capture the feeling and overall customer's design vibe but it isn't going to be exactly the same and that's actually the point.
There’s a whole lot that happens between those stages of stacking, filling, crumb coating, chilling, and then bringing it all to life with buttercream. This one was all about soft pink roses, rustic wooden fence, and an ALL BUTTERCREAM drawn horse detail front and center.
