I've been having so much fun trying new recipes! I forgot to take a picture before bringing some to my friend so I snapped a quick one in the car! These are carrot cake cupcakes with a brown sugar cream cheese frosting topped with walnuts and a caramel drizzle.

I took some time off baking for awhile while I dealt with some big personal changes! Now I'm back to baking every night! I have been drooling over the thought of cheesecake so I finally made some! I topped them with fresh strawberry slices and a chocolate drizzle (not pictured.) They are so good 😍

I made my first ever German chocolate cupcakes. These delicious cupcakes are made with German chocolate, filled with a coconut and pecan frosting and topped with fresh chocolate buttercream frosting. My kiddos weren't a fan of the filled ones but the regular cupcakes and frosting were a huge hit with them! This recipe is pretty labor intensive but way worth it from the rave reviews at the party I shared them at!

I always seem to forget to post what I've made that day before they are already out the door!

Today's requested orders were lemon bars (not pictured), blueberry streusel pies, strawberry glaze topped cheesecakes and oreo cheesecake topped with homemade whipped cream. It's been a busy, busy day!

I haven't been baking as often as id like so I was thrilled to be able to be in the kitchen today!

I made a lemon pound cake as a trial batch before I begin offering cakes! I soaked it with some simple syrup and topped with a lemon glaze. And it's always a great day when homemade chocolate chip cookies are made!
