They are little sleeves that fit over your cardboard or plastic cup from your favorite coffee shop. They work so much better than those cardboard ones, and are so much cuter! I make them in a few different styles and almost any color you can think of. I love making toys for my grandkids as well as scarves, hats, cowls, gloves, anything that doesn't take months to make!!
