If customer has an image of what they want, keep in mind we are not the original artist of that creation and it will not be identical to the image. We will try our best to get it as close as possible but like I said we aren't the original creator. Reservation of service:
To place your order a Full Payment must be received to assure yo
ur order is saved for the date requested. Deposits can be made but the remaining payment "must" be paid at the latest one week before said date. Failure to pay the remaining of balance does not guarantee fulfillment of order and forfeit deposit. Cancellation:
Cancelling within 14 days= Full Refund
Cancelling within 13-7 days = Half Refund
Cancelling within 6 days or less=No Refund
A payment must be received within 24 hours after placing order, availability is not guaranteed after 24 hours. If reserving of service in late notice there will be a last minute fee of $20. If location of delivery of service is out of home city then there will be a gas fee depending on location. Once a product reaches the client, we are no longer responsible for what happens to the baked good. If a client drops, leaves baked goods in the heat and causes baked goods to be damaged or mishandles the product and requests for a refund or replacement it will be denied. We could remake at a discounted price that, if we still have the ingredients. If for whatever reason the client can't pick up baked goods and doesn't respond to calls or messages it will be held within two more days. If they still don't respond then it will be assumed that they no longer want it and it will be either sold or stored in the freezer, no refund will be given, due to failure to communicate with us. We understand life happens but a simple message is all we ask for. We reserve the right to refuse service.
