Good evening Salem family! Something we hear often at the bakery is “I drive past all the time and have wanted to stop in, so happy I finally made it!” Sometimes people have anxiety about new places or aren’t sure what to expect and I just wanted to let everyone know, we’re friendly and love visitors! We offer lots of things; here’s our brand new menu and me!

I’m Ashley, I like baking, history and coaching tball. I’ve been the proud owner of The Willow’s Wisp in Salem for almost 2 years. My team and I would love to meet you, we’re friendly and have cupcakes 😊. Next month is our 2 year Anniversary and we have two BIG announcements coming up. No asking what they are, i’m bad at keeping my own secrets! 😂🤣

Tomorrow, Friday, July 24th from 8:15-11:30am we’ll have breakfast sandwiches 🥰 everything bagels with white american cheese, scrambled eggs and sausage. Feel free to preorder by sending us a message, sandwiches are $5.95 and a great way to start the morning! We’ll have coffee, sweet peach tea, unsweetened tea and pastries too!

Happy Friday everyone! Unfortunately we will be closing early at 11am today for the excessive heat wave. It’s 100 degrees outside but, even hotter in the bakery with the ovens running and our gorgeous bay windows in the front of the store face direct sunlight 😅. Safety for our team is a number 1 priority. We will be open Saturday, July 4th until 2pm for people to grab things on their way to BBQs etc. Our team will be working overnight when it’s slightly cooler to make sure we have everything you need for your parties.

Thank you for your understanding! We know it’s frustrating on a holiday weekend that a lot of places are closing early or not opening at all but, we’re all trying our best and ultimately we would rather be open. Please stay hydrated and be safe!

Hey Salem family! A quick update for this weekend to loop everyone in. Small business is hard, sometimes it’s really hard and sometimes it feels impossible but, in the end us and small businesses all across the world work hard and get it done! It’s especially difficult when there is stuff going on in your personal life. While we planned to be open Friday, June 19th tomorrow to kick off Father’s Day and celebrate with everyone we have decided to close for a mental health day. Late last night I learned my Father was diagnosed with Leukemia, and as you can imagine it was a gut punch to the whole family.

We will be open Saturday, June 20th from 8am-4pm with full cases, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, bread, and lots of goodies to help celebrate.

***Anyone with a pick up order tomorrow/Friday can still pick up their order😊****

Thank you for everyone for your patience, understanding and love. We’ll see you Saturday!
