Please pick up your trash - and whatever else it is you bring to the lake 👒.

We took this off the shoreline and into the trash.

Part of our mission is education about the Jocassee Gorges and this is a big reason why. We also host a large litter cleanup in September at this park every year. We hope you can join us!

Have you hiked Stool Mountain yet at Table Rock State Park? It is absolutely stunning - but there's not a lot of canopy coverage as you near the top so be sure to take enough water!

Who knows what this is and why it's so interesting?

We found a couple of them recently on a hike very close to the Jocassee Gorges.

Twin Falls is one of the easiest waterfalls to access in the Jocassee Gorges! It's a short hike, under a mile roundtrip if you use the lower trail, and you get to see a double waterfall.

Please remember to take out your own trash, never litter, and enjoy the beauty of the trail.

Have you been here?

This is at Table Rock State, the gateway to the Jocassee Gorges in Pickens, SC. 💧💧

Part of our mission is to educate the next generations about the uniqueness of the Jocassee Gorges in efforts to preserve and protect it for years to come. We have an educational conservation project fund that includes things like improvements at Devils Fork State Park and Jocassee Wild Child, where kids have a day on the lake to learn about the gorges, the history of the area, and the reasons why it needs to be protected - all while having the best day ever!

These kids will be the next educators and we want them to have the same love of the Jocassee Gorges that we do! Part of your membership fee goes to this educational scholarship program. 👏👏

We really need rain on our temperate rainforest here in the Jocassee Gorges- and hopefully will get some soon.

But this was the scene today and wow, was it gloriously beautiful!
