A snow day was a good day to experiment again with stuffed bread. This beauty has a slightly crunchy crust and is filled with bacon Gouda, aged white Vermont cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, diced marinated garlic, and a blend of Italian herbs and summer truffle powder.
End result: savory and flavorful in each unique bite.

The quest to perfect focaccia continues! This is my 5th delicious bread. I loved the use of rosemary olive oil. I kept the dough very simple - just sea salt and a hint of garlic. This had a faster rise and went over great at the birthday party I brought it to. I am hoping to find some natural sea salt locally with the big chunks and see if I can brighten it up!
