🌅 Since 2022, I’ve had the absolute joy of running my beloved micro bakery,
What started out as a dream, quickly became something so much bigger because of our incredible community.
Due to some recent life changes, I’ve had to scale back my baking.
While I won’t be operating at the same pace, I’m excited to share that I’ll still be hosting occasional pop-up events.
I’m not going anywhere — just stepping into a different, more intentional season.
During this transition, I’ve also launched Monarch Memories Travel, where I’ll be booking travel and cruises.
Helping people plan meaningful experiences feels surprisingly similar to baking — it’s all about care, attention to detail, and creating something special. Something memorable.

I'm finally back! I've missed you guys!
Thank you to my loyal friends for being so patient!
We got the kiddo sent off to college and my kitchen and it's surrounding areas are finally renovated after the kitchen flooded.

My Sourdough classes are like a social club where you get to learn how to bake bread! They've been so fun every time!
What to expect with your reservation per person?
🫓 A sourdough kit to take home
🫓 A jar of sourdough starter for future bread
🫓 A large hot boule to enjoy at home
🫓 My favorite sourdough recipe
🫓 Walk-through instructions of the process
🫓 Links to my favorite social media sourdough groups
🫓 You'll get to enjoy some samples of my favorite ways to enjoy sourdough while you learn

I'm so sorry to inform you that Hey, Cookie! won't be at Barrow Brewing Company Farmer's Market tomorrow due to soggy conditions.
We'll be back the following weekend to share our delicious baked goods and to see our friends again!
However, just because we won't be out there this weekend, doesn't mean you can't go!
Lots of other vendors will brave the rain with their products and will be ready for you!
If you have a specific request for your favorite cookie, please comment or message me and we can arrange for a visit to my micro bakery here in Salado!
