A very happy FIFTH birthday to my favorite person in the whole wide world, my daughter, Peyton Lily. My how the time has flown. I can not believe it’s been 5 years already. You are the smartest, sassiest, sweetest, most beautiful little mermaid in all of the seas! I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us as a mommy/daughter baking duo. I love you more than words can say. This year we did a little bit of a different kind of cake. We did a layered confetti cookie cake with vanilla icing and topped with chocolate mermaid tails, seashells, and starfish. We also did some confetti cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. Because what mermaid doesn’t love sprinkles!!!! Very excited with how this cake turned out. It was a huge hit with all the little mermaids who joined out under the sea party!

I had the pleasure of making cakes/bartending a wedding for some guests for my old job. Such a fun and nice group of people! They had three cakes: their wedding cake, one for the brides brother for his birthday and another for all the brides friends that turned 50 that year! How sweet of them to include everyone in such a fun way!

A little collaboration with some good friends at . So proud of all the work has put into his projects to keep his dreams going. These cakes include a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. We have a s’mores cupcake: graham cracker bottom, chocolate cake, and a marshmallow meringue icing. Then Brandon’s favorite, the glorious carrot cake cupcake. Also included was chocolate cake pops dipped in milk chocolate and carrot cake cake pops dipped in white chocolate. I’d like to thank Brandon () for this experience. It was a beautiful sight to watched so many different artists and performers get together and I feel extremely grateful to have been a part of it. Keep doing what you’re doing. ❤️
