I’ve been playing with this idea for a “dirty” peanut butter cookie for a while. It’s a regular peanut butter cookie, but with peanut butter drizzled on top with diced peanuts. I tried it last night and it was really good! I’d say you’d have to LOVE peanut butter to like this one.

I’m pumped after last week’s launch! I was actually surprised at how popular the oatmeal cookie was! I have a unique technique to get them flat and fluffy, lightly chewy, perfectly gooey, yet still crispy on the outside. It was by accident that I discovered the technique I use to get them like this. I hope you like it!
