Our Traditional croissant. Golden perfection with a crispy exterior and soft buttery interior. A simple pleasure for you, a practice in precision, discipline and artistry for us. A classic for a reason that never gets old to make and enjoy.

I've been making them for 5 years now and hope to continue for 50 more. From the dough mix, to the butter blocks, lamination, shaping, egg wash & baking...Croissant has been my love affair and it is truly my pleasure to share this meditative process with my bake team and ultimately with you.

We bake croissants every morning Tuesday - Sunday at Café Clementine inside the Museum of Fine Arts
..Traditional, Chocolate, Almond, Morning Bun, seasonal filled Cruffins, Seasonal Savories (Everything & Cream Cheese) and more... What a dream it is to live this life surrounded by dough, butter, sugar & spice, the colors of the rainbow in fresh fruit & veg, the love & dedication of the folks we work alongside... it was truly something I dreamed of as a little girl. Thank you for supporting this dream and my love of croissant. I hope you enjoy their magic as much as I do🧡🥐✨

Big News! Our veteran and fearless Front of House lead, Jayme, is embarking on a new adventure💫 While we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited to find our next FOH Lead to join team Clementine and help lead us into our next chapter.

Café Clementine is home to passionate bakers, cooks, and hospitality folks who all work closely together, sharing the daily responsibility of creating magic for our loyal customers. 

We are looking for a warm, kind and highly organized human who has strong communication skills, can be our calm during a rush, and is ready to take charge of the guest experience, support day-today operations, and help refine our systems as we continue to grow. This is a full-time leadership role for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, has a love for excellent pastries & food, knows their way around an espresso machine and most of all, holds hospitality close to heart.
