After much thought (and plenty of waffling), we’ve decided it’s time to close up shop and pause the food truck for the rest of the year—maybe indefinitely.
Serving this community has been one of the great joys of our lives, and we’ve never taken for granted the special place you’ve given us.
From our farmers market regulars and Waffle Wednesday crowd to the cinnamon roll devotees and holiday take-and-bakers—thank you. Truly. We’ve loved every minute of this wild, sweet journey.
We’ll open the shop one last time this Saturday (8am to noon) for a final hurrah. Waffles and cinnamon rolls, while supplies last.
But fear not—we’re not disappearing entirely. We’ll still offer take-and-bake options, with occasional specials (yes, maybe even waffle dough).

Because in the end, the real WaffleNerds were the friends we made along the way.
