Hello June...

And, hello to these June bundles that were delivered to my CSB members today!

* Garden Herb Loaf...garden chives, oregano & scallions all showing off in this loaf along with some local Whole Wheat & Rye Flours

* Hungarian Shortbread Tart...when 2 layers of buttery shortbread meet a simple rhubarb jam

* Mint Sugar Cookies...garden mint always finds its way into cookies and these are lovely

All of these will be available on my June menu. Here's to a wonderful month!

May Days have arrived & so have May bundles! All things Simple, Seasonal & Sweet...

* Spring Chive Loaf...when the chives arrive in Minnesota it is a good day.

* Rhubarb Chess Pie...we Minnesotans also celebrate Rhubarb when it arrives. This Tart finds balance between the tart Rhubarb & Lemon with the sweet from Local Cornmeal and simple custard

* Puerquitos...it is Cinco de Mayo tomorrow and I fell in love with these cookies during a few trips to Mexico.

All of these items are on my May Menu and of course I am taking special orders all month for all your gatherings & celebrations.

Delivery Day is a good day...

These bundles went out the door today my CSB members today. We are still in weather whiplash season in Minnesota, so I am baking Spring while still wearing a hat and mittens.

* Power (through your day) Bread...so much goodness in this loaf....MN Whole Wheat Flour, Oats, Flax, Sesame & Sunflower plus a four day process...yes please.

* Bakewell Tart with Sour Cherries ...the almond cream pairs perfectly with my Sour Cherry Jam

* Rhubarb Ginger Jammers & Korovas with Candied Orange...my garden Rhubarb is just peaking through the soil so using up the last bits of 2025 with this jam filled cookie. And, baking for peace with the Korovas (aka World Peace Cookies)

I will have all of these on my April Menu and always taking special orders for your gatherings & celebrations!

The 2026 Pi Day Menu!

Fruits & Veggies from my 2025 garden and local growers, friends & Family! Lots of Gluten-free options and savory bites too.

So, look through the list and send me your order. Some of the options are limited in quantity. I will get back to you to confirm all things Pi!

All pies are $35 with $5 from each pie sale being donated to ! Pick-up will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Pi Day...Saturday, 3.14

We have made it to March CSB delivery day! Still baking with my own garden produce which is amazing...

Red Onion & Rosemary Focaccia...added some of my potatoes to this loaf along with my red onions and Rosemary

Applesauce Snacking Cake...canned Applesauce for this cake last fall and added some fresh & bright with a little raspberry cranberry buttercream

Coconut Oatmeal Shortbread...completely simple but totally tasty
