Today’s cookie is: White chocolate dipped oreo!
These are regular Oreos dipped in white chocolate, and decorated with plaid colored chocolate. The significance of these cookies are they weren’t counted into the tray they were a surprise extra!

Today’s cookie is: Chex Scotcharoos!
These bars are the normal scotcharoo base but instead of rice crispies, they are made with rice chex! They are topped with a coating of chocolate and butterscotch. And they are finished with Christmas sprinkles!
